Omega Gold is a Canadian natural resource company focused on gold exploration and development at its Rio Bravo Property in the highly prolific Arequipa region of Peru, South America. Omega owns a 61% earned interest and a 98.77% registered and titled interest in Peruvian subsidiary, Formacion Yura Exploracion SAC, which holds a 100% interest in 17 Peruvian mineral exploration claims for a total of 6,200 hectares that comprises the Rio Bravo Property. The remaining interest to 99% total ownership of Formacion Yura is under option by the Company.
